Locale: Located in Upper Rawdon, Nova Scotia – a great location nestled in the Rawdon Hills 45 minutes from Halifax or Truro and 1 hour from the Annapolis Valley.
The Rawdon Hills Community Health Centre is an interdisciplinary collaborative practice. Along with our family practitioner the following services /providers are located at our centre: community health nurse; occupation therapy; mental health services; foot care clinic; blood collection services; pedorthic and C.O.P.D. clinics by referral need basis as well employment counseling provided by Hants County Community Access Network personnel.
